Your order will only be accepted if received from the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland and from persons over the age of 18 years.

We DO NOT ACCEPT OVERSEAS ORDERS. All items offered on our website are subject to availability. We will where possible advise you via our website, details of any items that are currently out of stock. If you do order an item and it is out of stock we will notify you within 1 working day of your order being placed. At that point, we will advise you of the likely time scale of any delay and offer an alternative solution.  You can then decide to either wait for the item to come into stock, or cancel your order.

You can place your order via our Secure Online Website or by telephoning our offices between 9-6, Monday to Saturday on 096 54111 o0r 087 6145991 We do at random select orders for security checks to help protect both you and us. Our Customer Services may request that you provide us with proof of address and/or proof of identification before your order can be processed. When this happens we will contact you to request the information required. We can deliver to another address to that of the billing address but please note that extra documentation may be needed to comply with such orders. When you pay for your order by credit or debit card we carry out checks or “authorisations” with the card issuer for security reasons. Should any problems occur with the authorisation of your card we will contact you with further details.


In order to maintain customer security, we carry out both manual and electronic security checking on all orders, in certain circumstances it may be necessary to contact you for further information.

We reserve the right to cancel accounts and/or block incoming emails from any nuisance or suspected fraudulent activity. Complications that are caused by any of the above could delay the processing and dispatch of your order.


We accept payment by Visa debit, Visa credit or MasterCard.
Goods supplied by us remain our property until those goods have been paid for in full. If payment is declined by your card issuer, you will be emailed and asked to contact us.
If the goods have already been dispatched to you we may…
a) Ask you to return the goods to us at our cost, or
b) Require you to pay in full by alternative means within 48 hours.


All orders placed on our website are accepted at our discretion; in some instances where the value is high we may ask for proofs of identity to be faxed through or cash to be paid direct into our account.

These terms and conditions are part of our fraud prevention policy and are also invoked to protect you the customer from a perpetrator fraudulently using your identity and or credit card to obtain goods by deception.

If no attempt has been made by the customer to resolve a payment problem after 2 days, the product(s) will be unallocated from the order. We reserve the right to cancel the order after 4 days. Products are only allocated if they are available from stock.


Although we work hard to ensure the information contained in our website is as accurate as possible, we would advise you to check with the manufacturer directly for specific information about an item.

Products, prices and offers are only valid at the time they are published on our website.  All images should be used only as a guide or representation of the item. Specifications and/or colours of products may change without prior notice.
The definition of a SIM free phone is a mobile handset sold without a contract or pre-pay SIM card and unless otherwise stated sim free phones will be unlocked for use on all Irish networks.
Please note we cannot guarantee that all network features will be supported by SIM free phones.

The accuracy of descriptions are as per the manufacturer and maybe subject to change. All product prices are in Euro (€) and if purchased from outside the Republic of Ireland will be reflected on your bill at the exchange rate that your credit card company charges.


When you open an account with,  place an order or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS offer a warranty on all smartphones and tablets, and  14 days for ‘No Quibble’ return* on all devices. Any goods that are deemed to be faulty within the warranty time periods will need to be returned to via registered post or tracked courier at the customer’s cost. On faulty devices, will cover all and any repairs that are required (within the parameters of the warranty policy). Where a refund is offered, this will include the original cost of postage.

Customers who are availing of the ‘No Quibble’ returns policy (within the first 14 days after the sale) need to contact us first at This email address is being protected from spambots. A full refund (for device only, not postage costs) will be issued only after we have received the device back and it has being tested.

When returning the goods, we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit. Smashteckphones will not be refunding or exchanging any goods that have being damaged or lost in the post. The cost for the service to return items via registered post is minimal compared the cost of a lost or stolen smartphone. We cannot stress enough how important it is to registered and insure valuable items in the post

  • Items should be returned in the exact condition they were received with all original packaging, contents, instructions and inserts.
  • Please note:  Our warranty extends only to the electronic device (smartphone or tablet) and not to the accessories that are supplied with it. strive to test all our accessories before dispatch.  
  • will not refund faulty goods that have been damaged through misuse or accidental damage.
  • Faults found after unlocking of mobile phones yourself or by using another provider will not be the responsibility of and will not be replaced or refunded.
  • will not issue any refunds for devices that have being returned to us with damage or tampering to the internal security seals.

A device must be returned to us in the same, unused condition as it was dispatched in. You must contact us prior to sending any devices back. Original packaging and/or accessories must be included. Once we receive the item and text/examine it, a refund is then issued.


To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the website.

Use of the website is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and as a result of this agreement or use of the website. performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the website or information provided to or gathered by Smashteckphones with respect to such use.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Smashteckphones with respect to website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Smashteckphones with respect to the website.

A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.


We will notify you by email to confirm receipt of your order. At this point the contractor for our sale and your purchase of the goods shall be made on the terms set out herein and the contract shall be formed at the place from which our Confirmation of Order email is sent to you.  We are completely confident of the quality of our products. If your phone displays any faults within the warranty, we will repair or replace it. It must be returned with all original accessories and packaging. This warranty does not cover: – Abuse, accident or misuse – Water ingress – Normal wear & tear If any problems do arise and you are not satisfied with your purchase then please contact us as we are more than happy to resolve any situation ASAP.
